Wallflex® is a lightweight, strong, and durable structural aluminum panel, composed of two external aluminum skins and an internal corrugated aluminum core.
The flat panel is industrially manufactured by bonding the external skins to the internal core, followed by the pressing of all elements. The corrugation of the core is typically parallel to the width of the panel, but it can be arranged orthogonally upon request to increase rigidity.
• Standard thicknesses: 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 15 – 18 – 20 – 25 mm
• Thickness of corrugated internal core: 0.3 mm
• Thickness of external skins: from 0.3 mm to 1 mm
• Standard dimensions: width 1250 – 1500 mm; length from a minimum of 2000 mm up to a maximum of 5000 mm
• Non-standard thicknesses and dimensions: available upon request
• Customizable finishes: according to project requirements
• Workability compatible with tools similar to those used for woodworking
