5W Srl produces curved Wallflex® panels, lightweight yet robust, composed of two external aluminum skins and an internal corrugated core. The curvature is achieved through bonding and pressing using custom MDF molds specifically designed to meet different project requirements. The elements can reach a maximum length of 3500 mm and can be edged, laminated, or painted depending on the application.

Tailor-Made Solutions
Our technical department develops custom-made products, designed specifically for each sector and application. We keep a range of curved molds in stock to produce “L-shaped” and “C-shaped” elements in various dimensions and finishes; if the requested product is not compatible with the available molds, we can create new custom molds based on drawings.

Available Molds
The molds available allow the production of L-shaped and C-shaped elements using Wallflex® panels with a thickness of 4/6 mm, type 03.03.03 GG. These elements are suitable for both refitting and interior furnishing, ensuring elegant and functional solutions.
