Wallflex® MONOPELLE

Wallflex® MONO-SKIN is a strong, lightweight, and flexible panel composed of a single external aluminum skin bonded to a corrugated aluminum core.

The panel is industrially produced by bonding the external skin to the core, followed by the pressing of all components.

Thanks to its high flexibility, Wallflex® MONO-SKIN enables the creation of curved elements, bendable both vertically and horizontally depending on the orientation of the internal corrugation, which is typically parallel to the width of the panel.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Optimal flexibility for curved applications

• Spessori standard disponibili: 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 15 – 18 – 20 – 25 mm

• Thickness of corrugated internal core: 0.3 mm

• Spessore pelle esterna: from 0.3 mm to 1 mm

• Standard dimensions: width 1250 – 1500 mm; length from a minimum of 2000 mm up to a maximum of 5000 mm

• Non-standard thicknesses and dimensions: available upon request

• Customizable finishes


• Workability compatible with tools similar to those used for woodworking
